Ce modèle est le plus grand de la gamme RS; grâce à sa table coulissante logées sur un roulement à billes, il permet un portionnement précis de jarrets, côtelettes et autres pièces de viande, frais et congelés. La K440RS convient idéalement pour la découpe de blocs de poissons surgelés.

 

Cette scie est entièrement en acier inoxydable de gros calibre, facile d'opération et d’entretien. Lors du lavage, aucune pièce à démonter, donc moins de perte de temps, de pièces et d'équipement. Cette scie est est conçue pour fonctionner 24 heures par jours. Son système électrique est complètement étanche à l'eau et la pénétration de viande.
